Using state-of-the-art technology, we produce individual stamped parts, stamped bent parts, contact springs, EMC contacts and precision parts for a wide range of technical applications.
Typical characteristics
We do not manufacture catalogue or stock items, but produce your parts according to drawings, samples or CAD data and adapt contact springs and miniature parts to the existing installation conditions. The products are made, for example, from 1.4310 and from non-ferrous metals such as brass, bronze or copper beryllium and are used in many industries.

Design and application
Typical applications include spring-loaded contacting for contact connectors, pins and plug contacts in the automotive industry, interior and exterior lighting, sun visors, air-conditioning systems, ignition systems, electronics, EMC technology, mechanical engineering, medical technology and lighting technology. In addition to bulk material, taped delivery or reel-to-reel supply is also possible.
Materials
Stainless spring steel strip, spring steels, Cu, CuSn, CuZn, CuBe, aluminium, S235JR and special materials such as Duratherm and Inconell.
Surfaces
Zinc plating, tin plating, nickel plating, gold plating, silver plating and further technical coatings such as Delta-Tone, Delta-Seal or Microcor.
