Career orientation and exchange with young regional talents
On 12 February 2026 we welcomed students from the local Rumold secondary school to our company. A few weeks later we were able to present our training opportunities again directly at the school.
For us, the exchange with young regional talents is an important part of our long-term training and recruitment work.
